Lieutenant General Pascal Delerce
Lieutenant General Delerce, French Air Force, has been the Deputy Commander of NATO’s Allied Air Command, headquartered at Ramstein Air Base, Germany, since August 2019.
Mr Preston C. Dunlap
Mr. Dunlap is the Chief Architect of the U.S. Department of the Air and Space Force and oversees architecture and development for the Department’s $70 billion of programs. Prior to this position, Mr. Dunlap was the Executive for National Security of the Johns Hopkins University Applied Physics Laboratory and led programs in support of the Vice President of the United States, Cabinet Secretaries, the Secretary of Defense, and the Director of National Intelligence.
Lieutenant General Luca Goretti
Lieutenant General Goretti is the Italian Air Force’s Deputy Chief of Staff since 2019. Prior to his current appointment, he served as the Defence and Defence Cooperation Attaché at the Italian Embassy in Washington DC.
Mr Camille Grand
Camille Grand is NATO’s Assistant Secretary-General for Defence Investment. He was previously Director and CEO of the Fondation pour la recherche stratégique (FRS), the leading French think tank on defence and security.
Lieutenant General (ret.) Dipl.-Ing. Ludwig Leinhos
Before he retired, Lieutenant General Leinhos served as the Chief of the German Cyber and Information Domain Service from 2017 – 2020 and as the Director of the German Cyber and Information Domain Service’s Activation Staff from 2016 – 2017.
Lieutenant General D.J. (Dennis) Luyt
Lieutenant General Luyt was appointed as Commander of the Royal Netherlands Air Force as of June 10, 2016. His prior assignments include Director of the Operational Readiness Directorate of the Defence Staff at the Ministry of Defence and Director of Operations of the Royal Netherlands Air Force.
General John W. “Jay” Raymond
General John W. “Jay” Raymond is the Chief of Space Operations, United States Space Force. As Chief, he serves as the senior uniformed Space Force officer responsible for the organization, training and equipping of all organic and assigned space forces serving in the United States and overseas.
Air Vice-Marshal Harvey Smyth CB OBE DFC MA RAF
Air Vice-Marshal Harv Smyth is the United Kingdom’s Director Space, leading the Space Directorate in the Ministry of Defence, responsible for defence space strategy, policy, capability planning, and cross-government & international coherency.
Colonel Jaak Tarien
Colonel Jaak Tarien is the Director of the NATO Cooperative Cyber Defence Centre of Excellence (CCDCOE) based in Estonia since September 2018. CCDCOE is a NATO-accredited cyber defence hub focusing on research, training and exercises. Prior to joining CCDCOE Colonel Tarien served as Commander of Estonian Air Force from August 2012 to July 2018.
Mr David van Weel
David van Weel is NATO’s Assistant Secretary-General for Emerging Security Challenges. He is the Secretary General’s primary advisor on emerging security challenges and their implications for the security of the Alliance and a member of the Secretary General’s senior management team. Prior to joining NATO, David van Weel was the Foreign Policy and Defense Advisor for the Prime Minister of The Netherlands.
Prof. Dr Fuat Ince
Prof. Dr Ince is currently an adjunct professor at Beykoz University in Istanbul, and also a consultant at RFT Science and Technology AŞ, a high-tech startup in signal processing and secure communications. Professor Ince is also a Life Senior Member of IEEE. He also served as the Chairman of a National Space Committee, as the Turkish delegate at the UN Committee on Peaceful Uses of Outer Space, and as a member of the NATO Panel on Information Systems Technology.
Dr Jana Robinson
Jana Robinson, Ph.D. is Managing Director of the Prague Security Studies Institute (PSSI), and she also serves as PSSI’s Space Security Program Director. She previously held the position of a Space Policy Officer at the European External Action Service (EEAS) in Brussels as well as a Space Security Advisor to the Czech Foreign Ministry.
Prof. Dr Rob de Wijk
Rob de Wijk is the founder and non-executive director of The Hague Centre for Strategic Studies. Currently, he is also Professor of International Relations at Leiden University, chairman of the National Security Think Tank and columnist for the national daily Trouw.

Dr Matthias Hammer is the Head of Multi-Mission Systems Engineering and Chief Engineering Connected Intelligence in Airbus Defence and Space being responsible for the development of Mission, Intelligence and Communication systems for all product lines in Defence and Space.
Ms Gentry Lane
Gentry Lane is the CEO & Founder of ANOVA Intelligence, a venture-backed national security-focused software company, a visiting fellow at the National Security Institute at George Mason University’s Antonin Scalia Law School, consultant at the Potomac Institute for Policy Studies, and is a cyber conflict strategy consultant with Duco Experts.
Dr.-Ing. Walther Pelzer
Walther Pelzer is a Member of the German Aerospace Centre’s (DLR) Executive Board and Director-General of the German Space Agency at DLR, based in Bonn. From 2007 to 2015 Mr Pelzer was Director and subsequently Deputy Director-General of the Research and Technology Department at the Ministry of Innovation, Science, Research and Technology of the State of North-Rhine Westphalia.
