Visit of Lieutenant General Riho Terras

Kalkar, 16 January 2017. The JAPCC received the visit of Lieutenant General Riho Terras, Estonian Chief of Defence. After an office call with Lieutenant General Joachim Wundrak, JAPCC Executive Director, he was then briefed on the JAPCC and our Program of Work by the Chief of Staff and the four Branch Heads.
