Air Leadership Education and Training

Imbedded in the C5ISR Branch, this focus area promotes, influences, and supports the evolution of Air Leadership awareness, employment, operational concepts, and preparedness. As NATO develops new operational concepts like MDO, new education & training models are necessary to fulfil their requirements. The Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Air Leadership/Education & Training (E&T) is responsible for providing instructions about the ‘art of Air Leadership’ in order to project Air Power. Consistent with the JAPCC mission, the SME works in a coherent manner to support the continuous improvement and evolution of NATO Air & Space Power.
